Your podcast questions, answered
Everything you need to know about the technical, promotional, and strategic aspects of professional sound production.
What equipment do I need to record my podcast?
You don't need a million-dollar studio to sound professional. We recommend starting with a high-quality USB or XLR microphone, closed-back headphones, and a quiet, acoustically treated room. Our post-production team can clean up minor room echoes and background hums, but a solid initial recording makes a massive difference.
How does the podcast editing process work with you?
Once you record your episode, you simply upload the raw files to our secure cloud folder. Our engineers edit out mistakes, filler words, and awkward pauses, balance the sound, add your custom intro/outro, and master the final track to global loudness standards. We then deliver the ready-to-publish file within 48 to 72 hours.
Will you submit my show to Apple Podcasts and Spotify?
Absolutely. For new shows, we handle the entire launch setup. We establish your podcast hosting platform, configure your RSS feed, submit your show to Apple, Spotify, Amazon Music, and other major directories, and ensure your cover art meets all platform guidelines.
Can I request revisions on edited episodes?
Yes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every editing package includes up to two rounds of revisions. If you need a specific section removed, or want to adjust the volume of a background music track, simply let us know and we will update it promptly.
